Bernat Wines
Our estate wines are made from our four-acre CCOF-certified organic vineyard. We are a small production winery using old-world winemaking methods, which bring out the distinctive qualities of each varietal, allowing the wines to express themselves in their most natural way. We produce wines solely from grapes grown in our estate vineyard, which includes Syrah, Sangiovese, Cabernet Sauvignon, and Nebbiolo.
Our Bernat wines are available daily for tasting as a tasting flight for dining guests and for purchase at the Los Olivos Café.
Our Farm
Adjacent to our Bernat Vineyard is our Café Farm, where we grow 4 acres of CCOF Certified Organic produce, which we source for our restaurant, the Los Olivos Café and bakery, Galettes on Grand (coming soon). Among many other perks, guests at our Bernat Retreats are welcome to meander to the farm and enjoy their own fresh-picked produce during their stay.
